Once an order is placed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirming your purchase. A subsequent email/SMS will be sent to confirm the shipment along with courier tracking details, marking the acceptance of your order.
1.2 How can I track the delivery of my order?
You can track the status of your order through the "Track Order" section on our website using the tracking details provided. All furniture products are shipped within 7-8 days via our own logistics or a third-party logistics team. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 days post-shipping. If shipped via our logistics, you will receive a delivery confirmation call one day prior to delivery.

Before dispatch, all products are thoroughly inspected, wrapped, and sealed to ensure they are in perfect condition when they reach you.

Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If they are unable to deliver the package, it will be returned to our warehouse. Our partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time if they cannot reach the specified address.

We ship products throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Each product on our website may have a different lead time, which is the number of days required to dispatch the product from our warehouse. This lead time does not include the shipping duration, which varies based on your location and the delivery partner's schedule.

While we strive to deliver your order within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work diligently to ensure timely delivery.

5.1 Are there any shipping/delivery charges?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for our furniture range on selected pin codes. For other areas, a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 999 is applicable. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases where the order is cancelled or returned.
5.2 Serviceable Areas
We currently only ship within India. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your delivery pin code on the product page. If our delivery partners are unable to deliver to your provided address, we will request an alternative shipping address.
6. Delivery and Condition of Products

6.1 What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
Our delivery executive will contact you one day before the scheduled delivery. If you are unavailable, please inform the delivery executive to reschedule.

6.2 Condition on Delivery
If you believe your product is damaged or the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer care immediately. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

6.3 When will the assembly happen?
The assembly of your product will be completed within 3 to 5 days after delivery. Our trained professionals will contact you to schedule the assembly.

7. Order Modifications and Returns

7.1 Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
You can change your delivery address if the product has not yet been shipped, provided the new address is within the same city.

7.2 Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellations may not be possible and return policies will apply.

7.3 What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per your preference.

8. Payment and Billing

8.1 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI. Cash on delivery is available for selected locations.

8.2 How do I receive my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to your registered email address after the order is confirmed. You can also download the invoice from your account on our website.
